Any complaints regarding prohibited use or other abuse of the Host Net India Network, including violations of this Policy, should be sent to Host Net India. Please include all applicable information that will assist Host Net India in investigating the complaint, including all applicable headers of forwarded messages.
Sites experiencing live attacks from Host Net India customers should call into our Customer Care Center (telephone 0091-141-4113929) to submit a complaint as quickly as possible. Describe the urgency of the situation should you need immediate attention. If you are unsure whether any contemplated use or action is permitted, please submit questions or comments to Host Net India support.

Law
This TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rajasthan,India, and in the event of a dispute, CUSTOMER agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
